CLIENT: United Nation Population Fund (UNFPA)
The project leader: Upwelling

This project was done under contract and supervision of “Upwelling Ltd”. The report combines data analysis, academic insights, thought leader opinions and case studies to provide guidance for policymakers, business managers, and human health care support institutions.

The H4+ (now “H6”) partnership is a joint effort for capitalizing on the core competencies of UNFPA, UNICEF, WHO, UNAIDS, UNWomen, and the World Bank in maternal, newborn, and child health. The Joint Programme Canada and Sweden (hereafter “H4+ JPCS”) provided funding to the H4+ partners in ten high burden African countries to accelerate progress to meet the Millennium Development Goals 4 and 5. H4+JPCS aims to strengthen, integrate, and scale up reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health service along the continuum of care.
